Meet our Executive Director — Lisa Martin

When Lisa was 12 years old her family made the move from Southern Minnesota to Nevis Minnesota. Her family purchased the In-We-Go Resort and she spent many hours fishing with “adopted” grandparents and listening to all the life stories told around the lodge. Lisa graduated from Minnesota State Moorhead with an Elementary and Special Education Degree. She later obtained her Real Estate and Brokers License and helped clients buy, sell and build their dream home. Lisa has always found gratification in helping others and was excited for the opportunity to manage our first senior living community, Farmstead Estates. Lisa shared a vision with our owner, Roger Erickson, of growing the campus and creating a full range of cares. Together they designed and created what is now Farmstead Living.  Lisa lives in Moorhead with her husband and two children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the cabin, traveling, concerts and reading a good book.
