Meet our Director of Operations —
Kayla Abele

As Director of Operations, Kayla wears many hats while she oversees Activities Staff, Kitchen Staff, and Operations at The Villa.  Native to the area, Kayla grew up in Glyndon and went to MSUM for Gerontology and Psychology. She has had a heart for working with the elderly since the age of 16 when she started her first job at a nursing home. Kayla enjoys being outdoors, reading a good book, trying new foods, and being with family.
